Lynn DeJac is a Buffalo woman whose previous conviction of murder in 1994, was reversed on November 28, 2007 on the basis of DNA evidence. The conviction was overturned on the basis of physical evidence linking the murder to her companion, Dennis Donohue, who can not now be tried as he was granted immunity at her trial.
